Through SJA Real Estate Investment, SJA clients can participate in real estate syndication investments. We pool investors’ resources to fund and purchase larger multifamily properties and our clients can invest in these properties as limited partners. SJA Investments acts as the general partner.
Investing in one of our syndicated properties is entirely passive. Our team sources potential investment opportunities, conducts the due diligence, and creates a business plan. We also manage the day-to-day operations of the building, oversee any renovation work, and handle the sale at the end of the hold period.
Investing in syndicated properties is not available to everyone. We are not offering this service to the public, it is only available to SJA clients who are also accredited investors.

Am I Accredited?
In simple terms, to be considered an accredited investor, you must have had an annual income exceeding $200K for the past two years or a joint accredited income with your spouse of over $300K if filing together.
Furthermore, individuals owning assets worth more than $1 million, excluding their primary residence, are also eligible to be accredited investors.
