Eirik earned his law degree and MBA from the University of Washington in 1992. Since then Eirik has managed and sold multifamily, commercial and single family homes throughout the greater Seattle area. Prior to starting Sterling, Johnston Real Estate, Eirik was Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Center where he successfully brokered over 600 deals and earned Broker/Owner of the Year honors. Eirik is a certified business coach and serves as SJA’s designated broker.
Prior to starting Sterling, Johnston, Devin graduated from college with degrees in Philosophy Pre-Law and Business, and then attended law school where he specialized in real estate transactional law. Devin is currently a licensed real estate broker as well as a licensed attorney and has worked in the real estate industry for over ten years. Devin grew up in Kirkland and has lived in the Seattle area for over 30 years.
Derek graduated from college with a degree in Business Administration. Derek’s career has encompassed business management in several diverse industries including real estate investing and the auditing of Fortune 500 companies. Derek is a founder of Sterling, Johnston and over the past seven years Derek has dedicated himself to managing an elite real estate team. He has personally brokered over 300 transactions and has been awarded Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Real Estate Agent award for the past three years.
Brooke started her career in real estate administration behind the front desk of a large Eastside brokerage. Having gained a great amount of experience in a short period of time, Brooke took her career to the next level as an executive assistant and transaction coordinator for a top producing agent. Armed with the experience from both the office and agent points of view, Brooke joined RE/MAX RE Center and took on the impressive task of building the office and its administrative functions. Brooke’s top priority is always supporting our brokers in all of their needs. From Brooke you can expect the utmost attention to detail, around-the-clock support, and a friendly personality.
Rhonda's real estate career began in 1999. She opened her own office in Central Louisiana in 2002 and enjoyed continued success as a broker, but discovered that she enjoyed the administrative side more than the sales side of the real estate business. Rhonda has managed offices where she was responsible for the back office operations of very active, 100+ broker brokerages. Rhonda grew up in the Pacific Northwest and was excited to have the opportunity to move back to the area in 2011. She has the skills and attitude to help you succeed in your real estate career.
Reilly graduated from college with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. As the Marketing Coordinator at Sterling, Johnston, Reilly has daily interactions with brokers to consult with them on, and deliver, state-of-the-art platinum marketing products and services. She is responsible for ensuring that the marketing materials used to present your listings to buyers is of the highest quality. From signage, to flyers, to your home’s online presence, Reilly’s attention to detail will help set your home apart from the crowd!
Sheila was born in the Philippines but has lived in Seattle for most of her life. She has worked in a variety of industries including hotel, restaurant and travel. Through her experience working in those diverse industries, she discovered her passion in customer service. She had always had an interest in real estate, so she decided to expand her customer service level and join Sterling, Johnston as the Broker Services Administrator.
As the Director of Career Development for Sterling, Johnston, Rick engages with the most experienced Brokers in the region, sharing with them the story of why Sterling, Johnston is thriving in today’s market. With our collaborative and supportive culture, Rick aims to add more amazing talent to our team of outstanding Brokers. Having begun his Real Estate career in 1992, as well as having held the position of Productivity Coach, Rick understands what Brokers need in today’s marketplace.
